1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing b6667 at b6667.ws — whether on a smartphone, tablet or desktop — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (T&C), the b6667 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all incorporated here by reference. 3. Account Registration and Security

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. b6667 will notify your registered mobile number before any dormant account action, including closure. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

b6667 may close, suspend or restrict any account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these T&C has occurred — including suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

b6667 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select bank transfer methods. The minimum deposit is ৳200. b6667 reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on your account verification status and chosen payment method.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the b6667 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. b6667 aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 5 minutes, though processing times may vary during high-traffic periods or where additional verification is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general T&C, the promotion's specific terms prevail.

• The b6667 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players must opt in during registration or the first deposit process. The welcome bonus will not be credited retroactively.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on b6667 are governed by the rules applicable to each sport, game or event, published within the platform. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet.

b6667 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a manifest error occurred in the odds or game settings; (b) the bet was placed after the outcome was determined; or (c) b6667 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet formed part of a scheme to defraud the platform.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game or sports event, b6667 may void affected bets and refund the wagered amount. b6667 will not be liable for winnings that would have accrued from a bet voided due to a genuine technical fault.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain promotions, bonus-funded sessions or specific game types. Where a maximum win limit applies it will be disclosed in the relevant promotion terms or game description prior to play.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed when a bet slip is submitted are the final odds for that bet. Once a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked.
• b6667 does not offer credit betting. All bets must be funded from cleared funds in the player's b6667 account. Placing a bet that would result in a negative account balance is not permitted.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on b6667. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one b6667 account, whether under your own name, a false name or through a third party acting on your behalf.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b6667 shall not be liable to any player for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the b6667 platform — including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill — even where b6667 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. b6667's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these T&C shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b6667 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors or harmful components. b6667 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. b6667 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, network failures beyond its reasonable control, or actions taken by third-party payment providers.

11. Amendments to These Terms

b6667 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these T&C at any time. Where the amendment is material — for example where it affects player rights relating to withdrawals, bonus terms or prohibited conduct — b6667 will provide reasonable notice via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the platform before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of b6667 after amended T&C are published constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended T&C, you must close your account and stop using the platform. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. b6667 encourages players to contact support at [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. b6667 will make reasonable efforts to resolve player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. b6667 is not liable for delays in dispute resolution caused by a player's failure to provide information reasonably requested during a complaint investigation.
